Check-in + Check-out Times

Check in time is strictly 3.30pm-10pm and check out time is 10.30am.

Wifi + Phone Signal

Please note we have no Wifi and limited phone signal in our rural setting, so sit back, relax and enjoy being off the radar.

Parking

We unfortunately don’t have suitable parking for motorbikes here at Suie Hunting Lodge, please do not make a booking with a motorbike as we will not be able to accommodate you.

These is ample free parking for cars on our grounds, please park in the marked spaces.

Please note that you use the car park at your own risk. Suie Hunting Lodge accepts no liability for loss or damage to any vehicles on the premises.

Groups

We accept bookings for groups of up to 4 adults or children over 12 years old. If you make a booking for more than 4 people we will be unable to accept it and will contact you to cancel.

Food & Drinks

Suie Hunting Lodge is licensed to sell alcohol, therefore only drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed here unless paying corkage. The following corkage charges apply to any bottles you choose to bring with you and will be added to your bill:

Wine/Champagne - £25 per bottle

Spirits - £75 per bottle

Please do not consume food/meals in the bedrooms.

Booking and Payment Policy

Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellation is available until 16 days before you reservation, we will refund the cost of your reservation minus a £5 admin charge should you need to cancel.

Your booking is for a specific rate of room as detailed in the booking form, all photos are of the high standard you can expect in your room but may not be of your specific room. 

At the time of check-in we may authorise a payment for anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a refund for cancellation until 16 days before your stay, minus to a £5 admin fee.

Children and Extra Beds

Children from 12 years old to 16 years old stay for  £15.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Unfortunately we can’t cater for children under 12 years.

No Smoking Policy

Suie Hunting Lodge is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel building. Should smoking take place, a cleaning fee of £100 will be charged. 

Lost Property

We are more than happy to post any lost items subject to the costs of postage.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Agreement

By making a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Finally….

Our beautiful building does have its quirks, we hope this is considered a part of staying in an old and historic building but we realise it’s not always perfect for everyone!  We hope that you’ll let us know if anything is not acceptable or hampering your stay in any way and we’ll do our best to resolve it for you. We love our place and hope that you do too.
